SF Giants beat Ariz. Diamondbacks in the bottom of the 9th

A nailbiter that came down to the final pitch to the final batter in the bottom of the 9th inning. Giants down 3-2 with 2 outs, 2 strikes. It seems to be over. And the pitch to Eugenio Velez ...Eugenio Velez's hit on the 0-2 pitch from Arizona's Brandon Lyon into the right-center-field gap drove in two runs and gave the San Francisco Giants a 4-3 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks today, completing a series sweep.

Pro bike racers rode around a 1.25-mile loop in San Francisco's Levi's Plaza on Labor Day 2008.Cat 1 racers on turn #1.

Protestors during SF Olympic Torch relay



Pro-China and pro-Tibet protesters clash on the (original) torch relay route in San Francisco. The two groups clashed while waiting for the Olympic Torch, which never arrived.



Only in San Francisco, the token nude protesters. OK, total freedom, right, got it. And China's naked aggression, OK. Kind of a limp demonstration if you ask me, but OK, we get it. Thanks for the clarification guys.
